I used to be a top cyclist. Don’t get me wrong, I still am. I could ride for hours without any problems. Some three months ago I started to feel tired. Now, I cannot ride for more than an hour. After 30 mins on bike my leg burns. I don’t know what is going on. What do you think?

If you are pushing too much, too soon you may end up like this. You may simply have a case of over training. You could be exhausted beyond your body’s normal resting capabilities. If you have mineral deficit in your body it can result in poor performance. Also if your heart or liver aren’t functioning properly you may get tired easily. We can go on guessing like this but to make sure what is causing this you have to see your doctor. Ask for a thorough checkup to make sure that you get accurate results.
