Cycling is my favorite sport. I have been riding bike ever since I was six years old. I am almost every day on my bike. Not even a bad weather can stop me from cycling. I have noticed that my legs are tired a day after riding. It didn’t happen before. What do you think about it?

You have probably been pushing too much. Even if you are in a really good form if you go too far with your workouts your body will react. Give yourself more time off. Don’t ride hard races in a row. You can either cycle hard or long. But you can’t ride both, hard and long. If you try this you will just burn out. Build endurance and then power. Or vice versa. Just don’t try to do the both at the same time.
