leg pain from inner thigh down to feet what could cause this

I have had leg aches since I was little. When I was little I was told they were growing pains, I am 30 years old and the mother of five children, they are not growing pains. They are a burning ache that occur with no apparent reason. The only relief I have ever been able to get is Ibuprophen, but I don't want to take it so frequently. I would appreciate any information.
