My husband has a problem. He suffers from symptoms of tight leg muscles. He likes to jog but the pain sometimes occurs. He spends a lot of time during the day sitting. He is too headstrong to admit that. So I must talk him into leg stretching exercise. Does anyone know some good exercise?

Oh, I know how males can be headstrong. I have a husband too. Can't live with them can't live without them. Here is the exercise. You should lie on your back with your knees bent. Then move your feet up and back. You must not pull your leg into position. It is the best to slowly straighten your leg until you feel the mild tension. Hold that position for 15-60 seconds and then repeat it with other leg.
