Is it normal to wet the bed during perimenapause?

No, it’s actually not normal and the problem is probably due to something else than just hormonal decline. Most commonly, noctural enuresis (bedwetting) in adults is brought on by an urinary incontinence. urinary incontinence can be caused by an irritation of the urinary tract due to urinary infection, a tumor in the urinary tract or a stone that has stuck somewhere in the lower urinary tract. It could also be weakened pelvic floor muscles.
If the problem lies in the muscles, they may be solved by exercise like yoga, Pilates and others but if the exercises don’t help you may have to undergo a surgery.
If the problem lies in the urinary tract infections, irritations, tumor or a stone, then you should act quickly and see a doctor as soon as possible so that things wouldn’t get worse.
The tests you may have to undergo are genitals’ examination, neurological examinations, urinalysis, and maybe some additional imaging tests like an ultrasound, MRI, cystoscopy, etc

It is normal to wet the bed at night between the hours of 1am and 4am if you have a helminthic infection. It is normal to have a helminth infection if you have ever taken antibiotics. I suggest taking PinX (pyrantel pamoate) and Biltricide to if you can clear the problem.
Investigate: parasitetesting.com (get the blood test) ; diethycarbamazine (this is available through the CDC and very good, but you should take Albendzole first and then follow up w/DEC. DO NOT TAKE DEC IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE THAT A ROUNDWOOM IS LIVING IN YOUR BLOOD - and right now there is!) ; Nature's Answer Black Walnut and Wormwood COMPLEX ; pure Artemisinin from Nutracology. Check LuckyVitamine. It is having a sale on those two natural remedies. If you are having excessive abdominal sweating - especially before a bowel movement - it is most likely caused by the e coli coinfection brought about by the helminths. Taking artemisinin w/each meal will cure the sweating and you should also add S Boulari from Jarrow. Take separately.
Protozoa will usually take over once you have a helminth infection. Tindamax is best for this, NOT its 1st generation cousin, metronidazole. Believe it or not, you should also use a zapper. I recommend using one w/food pads.
If you have ever taken "the pill", or cortercosteroids, you will also most likely have a fungal coinfection of candida. Use nystatin to kill the candida, but make sure you DETOX before during and after.
Best way to detox: drink distilled mineral water. I would use ConcenTrace from TraceMinerals. Drink apple cider vinegar and ALL the TURMERIC you can. Add 1 oz of turmeric to 12 oz of water and you will see the results the next day.

This is a very similar post to what you have posted in another thread on excessive sweating. Is this the same sort of treatment that you would recommend for a number of problems or is it just for these specific problems/ I think it would be helpful to know what exactly this stuff is for. Thanks!
