After I got my ear pierced . After a couple of months later from that hole some liquid comes out , after sometime that same liquid becomes yellow in colour and hard , it does not pain , just while cleaning it pains and when I clean I see small small yellow solids stuck behind my ear .. It would be a great relieve for me if someone gives a solution to it .

That sounds like something akin to "barbers itch". That's a type of infection you get when the barbers tools are not sufficiently cleaned. I get it sometimes when the barber uses the electric trimmer to clear out the hair in my ears. It is exactly as you describe it. My doctor gave me a cream that you need a prescription to get that clears it up in a day or two but you need to keep applying it for several days or it will come back. The mane of it is triamcinolone acetonide 0.1%.
