I have millions of pearly coloured dots all over my lower area. Im fourteen, not sexually active at all. These little dots are always there, they've been there for as long as i can remember, and they never go away. I can squeeze them lightly and white stuf comes out, but they aren't like pimples. They also don't itch and they aren't painful. I don't want to tell my mum because..awkward. but i also don't want to go to a gynecologist because that scares me. Please help. Im flipping out.

As far as I know there isn't a way to get rid of them from what I have read but once you finnish going through puberty they should go on there own eventually. If there on your outer labia you could always try a medicated wash like you would use for acne on your face.

puberty normally lasts until late teens but you should find they will get less as time goes on. :-)
