Hi guys, Im abit concered about these little red dots that have suddenly appeared on the end of my penis and are immediatly visible when i pull the foreskin back. They appeared almost straight after i had finished masterbaiting and were not itchy at first but soon where a little irritant after around 1.5-2 hours. I then had a shower and washed them many times with soap but didnt seem to get any effect. I've checked the internet many times and may have a yeast infection or something but i just wanted to check here. Is there any quick effect i can do without telling anyone because its a bit embarassing especially at 13 :S
