My vagina has a little sore type thing on the outter lip of it and it is extremely itchy after I touch it once it looks like it about to scab over maybe but it was never a fluid filled sore so I don't think it is genital herpes.. also once in a while I get extreme itching around my actual vagina hole and I itch it so much that it actually bleeds a little but then it goes away. also my discharge is very crazy it goes from kind of thick but then non and just leakage idk what is going on, someone please help !!!
