no idea however, a new one doing the rounds is:
Molluscum Contagiosum - patient.co.uk/showdoc/40024582/
as ii also have developed white spots in that area (mine don't itch, and i know when one was raised the discharge was white in my case)
it can be cought from dirty towals and adult advice is here patient.co.uk/showdoc/27001384/
your gp should be able to help, however you can speak to a nurse on the phone. with the free nhs 25 hours helpline (UK) 0845 4647 where you get to speak to a nurse.
before your passed onto your gp/gum clinic or something else.
please note this condition is not the only one it could be.
but from what i've seen, its the one people have been ignoring because it appears to be new. from what i've seen based on advice that has previously been given out (as i look at the medical proffesions sence of humour for harry potter style names!)

why can't you edit your posts?
i should say that i may be sceptical of the telephone advice i got on this subject. if only because images else where on the net look wrong.
so can a telephone conversation 0where they have their standard ideas perconceptions infront of them, ever be a subsitute for an up close inspection?
as we each have a different idea what something looks like and how to descrive it, as we talk cross purposes. especially when it comes to writting up description on news boards.
molusucum is on the nhs's mind, hence any questions will be pushed down that line, almost as with any other diagnoise like sebatious glands and cysts which seems to be the other line, else where on the net
so while i wanted to post this as a possibility, because the other posts are going down a different line, it is perhaps also wrong.
unless, they are sweeping everything under the same heading now!i
incidently i've not has sex in a year, when mine broke out as before i got lots of white bumbs, i had one which came up like a normal spot. this was burst and i got the white c**p out. normally you would stand no chance on breaking them.
the times i broke one, it had a solid core which when removed, healed without trace.
no i've had a very active sex life. and before the current load, which appear to be clustered around the base and the underside of the shaft. predominatly the base area, i've had the odd spot (never this much) towards the bottom, and in the middle before now.
the problem, is i've been dismissed as cysts, and normal only that seems to conflict with the french view!
you see, when i had one of these spots, my then girlfriend got one too. (coincidence hey) they aren't normally raised like spots if anything.
anyway the french doctors said on her, it was something begining with p.
and it was VERY unusual to only get one on its own.
so now, instead of one, i have many. and this makes me reflect on what is it the experts now, as information across the globe spreads, and well people have their own ideas and their own training.
so in short, i have no idea what white raised bumps/spots in that area mean and or if its just a virus (maybe) or something else. the glands theory on sebatious cysts seems to suck entirely on that one.
as does the advice, as everyone throws in their own issues, and or misinturprets locations and or discriptions, and writes up c**p which has nothing to do with the locaitons specified.
so i suggest you get a consultation, just don't assume experts and or nurses are right either.
either way problems in that area have never proved a stumbling block and its just like your face, people worry over nothing, generally.
as for infections (which it most likely isn't, or if it is doesn't really matter) thats what protection is there for.
as i've slept with hep-c women before without protection because they told me, and well i consulted the risk (not recomended) but people do the strangest things, and frankly when it comes to looks on those regions no one notices, and its the same for womens breasts.
some are so unslightly aroundt the nippled area, so different and well it just a breast and i have no idea what looks normal and what doesnt, and or if their is an issue with it. i just suck on them. it's the same with penis's women have no idea, what is normal and or look at them, even if they are thinking straight!
ok some perhaps might do? not found one yet.
either way get checked out, and have peace of mind, its better in the long run, and avoids problems when it comes to dating. as women have issues with blokes, who haven't been checkd out, and side step questions on when was your last gum clinic check.
women supposedly are better at going for their annual checks, blokes tend to be appaling and or lie, saying i have nothing. which frankly doesn't win you any favours.
same with unprotected sex, when you move from partner to partner, it plays on your mind, the all clear is what frees you. as accidents happen, condoms come off, and well people miss their pills and everything.
its nothing to be ashamed of, and openes helps. stds are no biggy assuming it is, which in all probability it isn't. especially with the amount of virgins reporting conditions, with only one thing in common!
they wank! virus on hand, skin absorbs it. hmmmmmmmmm i spot a pattern here, i'm a sex magician so particpate in sex magick rituals which involves wanking and well just for fun.
which makes me thinks of hands, towals and well transmission, if anything that wood be the biggest give away in schools, and other places.
the skin absorbs things, not everything harmful.
as i debate the issue of vaginal fluids and the penis, and if its all bad or infact good, but i would start off a religious debate which would have the pagans, and the catholics up in arms.
but as a preist of satan, i feel i'm allowed some controversy now and again. the body is nothing to be ashamed of, and frankly my preference is for female nurses as in theory they should have seen more.
try and resist hitting on them, or you might get the male doctor instead. *shudder* why do they assume men, prefer men checking them out? women are so much more experienced (in theory) at this type of thing.
anyway thats enough bollocks for me, the check-ups are a breese, and the nasty ones where they push something down the end of you penis, has long since been removed, and the waiting time for tests and results are well a lot better then the not knowing.
which i assure you clocks up, the more you have sex and the more notches you get. especially when you fall in love, and or fear you may have put them to risk, this will bite you in the ass. don't let it happen to you and or be one of these smucks whos too scared to get checked out.
these m****s know nothing, and you have to be a man, and get yourself checked, it works wounders with the ladies, when you look them in the eye and go all clean.
i assure you word gets around, or something like that as i comment on the absurdity of the different countries and how they jump the gun on assumption.
don't assume, don't believe KNOW thats the only thing which brings peace of mind! and why the devil has it. (sorry couldn't resist a plug, for my new site, and my new bible )
as i get back in the game...
or perhaps not, as i reflect on the occasion while tied to a bed, i was raped by a pro dom, because i wanted protection and she did not, have the patience to put one on! women can be awful on that type of thing.
-i enjoyed it and we're still friends, but if anything it might go to show, that experienced people tend to be more open minded at being checked out, however they can still be bloody stupid, when the fancy takes them.
know who your playing with, and trust comes with time.
this is where, i get given some tea ala socrates for corrupting the youth of today. oooooooops tell the truth, be open and get checked, its the best cure for anything as even stress can cause illness, which disapear with time. though that more psorisis. either way, i write too much..
so my appoligies , and all the best when it comes to dealing with your body, and their bodys (male or female) come to that...
