Lo loestrin fe, 1st month no period?

This is the first time ive taken birth control. I was wondering if not having a period is normal? Two weeks into it I had some random period like bleeding. I was pretty good about taking my pills, I missed one day but made it up the next. I have had sex, so this no period thing is freaking me out. Took my last brown pill yesterday. Lots of period like cramping for the past 3 days but no bleeding.
