i have loads of small lumps on my gum but don't know what they are they don't hurt but are making me a bit nervous i went to the dentist but they say its ment to be there but how r loads of bumps and lumps on my gum ment to be there. i am a nervous wreck when it comes to health as 3 people in my family has died of cancer etc lucimeer lung cancer x2 please help me to put my mind at rest
