After the birth of my last child, my thighs have ballooned in size. Doesn't sound pretty, does it? Believe me, it isn't! I managed to get rid of my belly after some rigourous dieting, but the big thighs? Still there, unfortunately! What do I do now? My next step is gym membership and possibly one of those "personal" trainers that you can hire there to throw together an individual exercise program for you. Do you think that will get me the results I need? Do you have any other proposals?
