The last year has been very tumultuous for me, and I nearly completed my weight loss journey as well... Through cycling and dieting, I almost achieved my ideal figure and I am, very proud of myself. The thing is, those last few pounds that just will not shift. My belly seems to be as stubborn as I am :-). I am dying to get rid of it though, and I am hoping someone here has some advice?

Do you really need to? If you are already happy with your figure as it is, could you not just give up altogether and just enjoy the way you look now? Perhaps it is simply not meant to be? I know that most women have some stomach fat at least, so it is probably totally normal. Oh, and well done for losing all that weight!

Cycling is a great form of exercise, but it does tend to stress some muscle groups more than others. If it is your tummy fluff that you are concerned about, I suggest that you join a local gym and find a programme that works the ab muscles specifically. I do agree that this is a problem area for a lot of women, however, if you want to, you CAN DO IT!!! Good luck!
