I have been through the menopause recently and feel wonderful now - no more racing hormones! I wish I could say I looked wonderful as well, but nothing could be further from the truth! Nobody warned me that the menopause would make you gain weight! I hate my new body, and the belly especially. What do you think is the best way of losing menopause weight?
