Are there any people here who are familiar with upper body weight loss and how to go about this? I did try a few diets, and lost some weight, but the imbalance is still there, particularly around my tummy area. What should I do about this? Do you have any specific recommendations on how I can work on this issue?

I have belly fat and it sucks i feel different than everyone else, I wish i could press a button and it would go away all my friends are skinny minnies, i do it by writinbg a log of what i eat and walk in the morning, ihope this helps.
