so here's my plan;;
30 or more minutes of walking. (running)
6-8 small portions of healthy food a day
2 glasses of water a day
1-2 servings of fresh fruit
Weigh myself only on tuesdays and Saturday's
Measure: waist;hips; thighs; upper arms ; bust
( my current is ;;
Waist 79 cm
Hips 91 cm
Thighs 58 cm
Upper arms 29 cm
Bust 90 cm
Weight 143 lb)
Daily;; 5 pushups
25 sit-ups
10 jumping jacks
•Avoid fast food
•lots of protein
•NO restraunts
Am I doing this right? Should I be doing more? Or less? Anything else I can ad thy will help me lose weight FASTER? (: please help . Thank you so much

All this sound great to me, but ONLY TWO GLASSES OF WATER A DAY?! You'll need at least eight glasses a day, and it will help you eat less :-D How much water do you drink normally? And try not to drink sodas, and all those artificial juices, they're full of sugar. I wish you good luck with your plan. You can keep me posted about your accomplishments if you want to. Two years ago I lost about 28 pound in less than two months, and it felt great! Good luck!
