I'm 13 and i weigh around 225lbs. i need to lose weight, especually in my stomach,legs,and arms. I've tried going on a diet but not getting to get to go the grocerie store yourself and picking your foods, and living with brothers that can litterlly eat anything and stay skinny. Any ways i can lose weight? I do gymnastics for 2 hours every wednesday and i play outside every day as well as do just dance on the xbox on the rainy days. I'm very healthy and i'm quite active but instead of my weight going down it goes up. Please help me i could really use it<3
