Losing weight for no appearent reason!

PLEASE HELP ANYBODY????!

I am 19 years old. I have been losing weight for no appearent reason.

I have been constantly coughing real bad.

I don't eat that often, not like before. (Lost my appetite)

I often feel weak!

My chest hurts randomly..

I shake a lot sometimes..

My eyes or skin around my eyes always turn purple or green..

I always vomit when I consume alcohol! ( I know i'm underage to drink)

Is there something really wrong with me???

Please tell me what is it..

I have a family history of heart problems if that helps!.

Please respond ASAP!
