lost all muscles on right torso side. doctor told me that he doesn't have my chart

I had 3 herniated disc, 9mm stenosis., L-3 slipped forward the back of it sit on the front of L-4. Then I broke L-5. He sent me to pain management there was a paper that I had to sign to be able to get in. It was an agreement to have back shots. I was seen to times treated like I made it up no one check x-rays, I never met the Dr. until I had to go in the hospital on a Sat. ( it was shot day) 60 patients before noon all under a general. I was the last one NOT under general, he was livid,5 other people in the room. He stuck an 8 in. needle midway up my back he hit the nerve and turned around to chat with a p.a.twisting the needle in the nerve my legs felt like flames were on them I yelled he slowly turns around and says," oh sorry bout that " By the time I got home I had no feeling s in my legs I even to a pin stuck in the skin from feet to hip NOTHING. I called his office to see him about it, he said he wouldn't see me I asked why, he said, "I have no chart on you"So I had no Dr to help with horrific pain for 2 years I went to an old Dr. told him what happen he says," dextroscoliosis" at 55 yrs. old I started losing height on rt. side 4 in. in 5 months now I have no muscles between my ribs it's rib on rib. my side has dropped so lower ribs are behind my hip bone, my organs are all on my left side I lean way over to the right much worse when I'm tired. I continue getting worse he pain is almost too much to bear anymore. I no longer go out, can't walk my dog even to the corner, I'm depressed and angry every minute since this Dr won't put what is really wrong I can't get help from anyone I'm completely alone, no help. I just want to live again I was always out in the desert doing my photography with my dogs. now I rarely go out in the light of day. I tried 4 Atty. none were interested. I have no clothes that look right I've lost a lot of weight Where I live we have the worst of the worst dr.s so I'm losing any hope I'm not suicidal but once you lose hope there is nothing left. I need help NOW I need a side lifter I made a model of that uses no other body part to lift my right side can't find anyone to make it life-size. I'm scared and don't know where to turn I can't keep going and 40 Norco a month isn't getting it. any suggestions I'm all ears. Please if there is a dr out there that may help me please do something. I live in southern california very remote desert town. I wasn't done living my life. I wish I could attach photo.
