Hi yash, what you are describing, especially because your blood results came back fine, might well be related to anxiety. You say that you do not always know what it is that worries you, but that there are always thoughts racing through your head. Oftentimes anxiety, especially generalised anxiety, is not as specific as a phobia, where there is one thing that scares you. Rather it can be lots of things: how you do at school, if your friends like you, or if someone didn't call in a while, wondering what you did wrong or if something bad happened; always imagining a bad scenario of an outcome and therefore feeling on the edge, restless, as if expecting a catastrophe. Because of this "mental set" the body is often in alarm mode, which can lead to you feeling more tired than usual, feeling dizzy etc. Maybe it would be a good idea for you to talk to a trusted family member or a friend about what you've been going through in the last period and if things keep persisting in this way, search for a counsellor. Anxiety is unpleasant, but it is bareable and often, with the needed help, can be something one learns to live with. All the best!
