I am 16 and I am 2 weeks late for my period. Today I took two HPT (first response) and both came back with a strong negative, but I've been having what seems to be a dull deep aching in my lower abdomen/pelvic area (right) and I get very strong sudden sharp vaginal pains and pelvic pains. The dull ache radiates around into my lower right back and hip. Could I have an ovarian cyst? Does this sound like it? My breasts are slightly sore, but not too much.
