For the last few days i have been experiencing abdominal pain specifically around my lower back but sometimes it happens on my front just under my stomach. i take paracetamols which usually are effective but when they wear off the pain is horrible meaning i have to sleep with a pillow against the pain in the hope some warmth will make the pain ease.
I don't know what the problem is i do have issues with my periods throughout this last year my periods have been very on/off and i do sometimes experience pain during sex if my partner does it too hard normally i wouldn't experience this.

PLEASE HELP!
