I have problems with lower abs. I do regular sit up, but I cannot notice any difference in my lower abs. Do anyone else have any suggestion on some other exercise for lower abs?

I have a suggestion for you! Hanging leg raises. Put yourself on a pull up bar. Your grip should be shoulder width apart and your arm should be fully extended.
First exercise is: bend your knees slightly and raise them to the point where feet are in the high as your belly button. Do the exercise slowly, concentrating on abs.
Second exercise is: to the same exercise, only with your legs extended. This one is little harder, but it is not that hard, a?
