Have a lower back issue. Pain is sometimes very intense. I think some exercises would help, but need the proper advice.

Hello there,

I am suffering from lower back pain because of my job for a quite some time now. At first I was going to the massages but this was only temporarily solution. Then my wife told me to start with yoga but since I am a man I thought that is ridiculous because yoga is for girls only.

One night she has showed me one position and when I finally got it right I felt that my back hurt a little bit less. So I have decided to go with her on her next class. And that was great idea. I am practicing yoga for about 6 months now and my pain is reduced significantly. I hope that I will get rid of it and I suggest you to try yoga as well.
