I had my daughter 8 months ago and ever since then I have been experiencing a dull pain on my lower right side of my abdomen close to my hip bone as well as a weird feeling like something is moving there. I also am experiencing a lot of lower back pain which hasn't subsided after her birth. My obgyn said my uterus was pretty well back in place and that everything felt ok. It's not killer pain but I am concerned about it but I also don't really like doctors so I'm hoping for a little advice on if it's normal or if I should get myself checked out.
