Every time I go to the toilet to pee I notice a little pea sized lump on my skin right before my penis, it's hard to see it exactly through pubic hair, but I can see it is redish and about the size of a pea, it only hurts if I apply preasure or squeeze it, I am 15 years old and still a virgin but masturbate. It is VERY likely a sebaceous cyst, a clogged oil gland, It is like a pimple.
Treat it like a pimple. Leave it alone as you are irritating it by squeezing it. You can put a warm compress on it to help it drain.
Give it time to heal.
