I have noticed a small lump in my left ear and a more larger one in my right ear. The one in my right ear can be painful sometimes but not all the time i am very worried about them as i am only 16 and do not wont to worry anyone around me by anoncing it i do not no what to do about them!! Can anyone advise me on what to do
