i have the same. except i have a small ball baring shaped/sized hard ball not attached to my balls. my advice would be to get it checked out and once you have done that have a good look/feel of yourself so you can check yourself every few months for any changes. but dont worry about it. ciao

I also have a ball like substance in my sac. It's attached to the skin of the scrotum but like the last guy I read it's also rock solid there is no fluid to it at all. I've had similar thing before that was fluid like and that went away. I don't have insurance right now as I work for myself. Anyway to to get this checked without a huge bill? anyone have the same thing and get theirs check out? What did they find.
Mine is starting to dry out my sac so some dryness itch is starting but when I put on lotion or anything it doesn't help it's like it drying it from the inside so the itch you can't scratch. I'm on my feet for a living so walking all the time and it's getting to the point where it's like I have to widen out my legs so my sac doesn't rub between them at all because it's tender when I walk normal. Any quick response would be helpful.

Hi

I know it has passed a long time since your post. I just wanted to ask if you had gone to the doctor and what did he have to say about it. I have the same exact symptoms. Hard ball not attached to testicule that hurts.

Is your testicle swollen? Do you have any other symptoms? If it’s soft, it may not be serious but I reckon you should have it checked by an urologist anyway!
I was reading once a personal online story about the guy who noticed a small swelling and went to see a doc just in case….he was found a very early phase of cancer.

I am not trying to scare you, just to show you the importance of having it checked!

If the ball ( cyst ) is soft and looks/feels like fluid filled, it is probably just a cyst called hydrocele. These are harmless and are usually left just like that. They are only removed if they grow too big or start causing discomfort.

It could also be just a skin cyst, since there are a lot of sweat glands on scrotum and they are producing sebum that may get stuck under the skin and form cysts.

Like I said, for the piece of your mind and possibly quick intervention, it would be wise to see a doc!

I am 15 and I found a tiny lump on the inside of my right testicle. It is near the back right but its really small? Could I have cancer?

I am 43 and have a mass that seems to be attached to my left testical cord. I did go to my Dr. and they pperformed a ultra sound and determined that it is just a collection of smaller blood vessels. They informed me that it is nothing to be concerned with.

It does cause some discomfort -> pain if pressure is applied. I hope they were right. It has been at least 10 yrs ago that i had it checked and it is stilll there with no change.

Good luck

I also found a small lump in my scrotum around my right testicle about 2 years ago, soft and around pea sized, the doctor said it may just be a cyst and not to worry unless it starts to grow. I'm 16 now and it hasn't grown or caused any harm, I can push it around a little bit if I touch it and it doesn't feel attached to anything (I think I would have other symptoms by now if it was something serious). I've just been looking on all these forums as I'm a bit of a hypochondriac..

First post was about 6 years ago but the last post was 2 weeks ago but I'm just posting this anyway for anyone else who finds this thread :)

there's a big chance that the small lump is a HERNIA...its part of the intestine that protrudes to the scrotum...try reading more abt hernia.its common to male...i was diagnosed when i was 7 to have a hernia but the doctor said that the protrusion might actually get back to normal by wearing jockstrap and avoiding to lift heavy objects and so i did...the last 5 years i have not been wearing them so i think the protrusion came back to the point that a part of my intestine came off and settle at the bottom of scrotum...its harmless for the time..but it can grow hardened and cause infection and death...

I'm 52 and for several years I felt one tiny ball around my right testicalal/sac.. Now i got an x-ray and it is showing about 7 masses. I do feel pain at my lower abdomen. And to me testical seems to gets swollen through out the day. I do want to see a urologist but scared it is cancer because of the lower pain. If someone has a good answer please reply to post.. Could it be several cyst? And do cyst cause pain at the lower abdomon?
