Lump inside scrotum

I have two lumps, one is barely noticeable, but the other is embarrassingly obvious located inside my ball sack and it appears to be set directly beneath the ball sack skin. It feels almost as hard as a rock. I've had it for probably five years or more. It hasn't grown. It doesn't hurt, it simply is... If you push on it, it's like its right up next to the skin so close that I feel I could puncture the skin of the sack and push it directly out... My brother did something similar recently to his neck, he dug out a sack which contained really nasty smelling white puss, although mine is not puss, as stated it is solid. I can't exactly move the lump around, but it does not appear to be connected to anything, a simple nick on the skin and I'm almost certain it would just pop right out.

I'm having a large and painful lump in scrotum skin. It hurts to touch or to rub it. My right lymph node is really swollen, and I don't know what to do.

What does it mean when you have a pellet size ball on the right side sac of the testicle? I'm 52 years old.

I have a lump, it's not on one of my balls it's just in my sac. It only hurts if I put pressure on it and it is not that big. Has anyone had experience with anything similar?

I have a small lump right under the surface of my ball sack. It is painful to touch, is not attached to an actual testicle, and shows no visible outward sign. What is it?
