Hi, I'm 20 yrs old female and I just discovered a big lump on my crotch area. It doesn't hurt or anything and it feels like hard liquid inside. I'm very concerned and scared because I'm not sure if it's a type of cancer or STD. I can say that I had shaved a day before or two that it appeared a day or two afterwards, so I'm wondering if it has anything to do with shaving?

I don’t think it would grow so big so soon if it were cancer. Considering that it showed up just a few days after shaving I would say it had something to do with it but not necessarily.
Is the lump flesh-colored, or pimple-like, is there any puss inside……how big is it. Can you see any fluid?
It could be a cyst as well.
Where exactly is it situated? If it were next to the vaginal opening, it could be a Bartholin cyst.
Bacterial or viral agents could casue skin lumps as could blocked sweat glands that are situated in the area.
As for the STD, it could be HPV a.k.a genital wart.
These are just guesses. You won’t know until you see a doc. If s/he can’t tell just by examining, they may run some tests.
