It... hurts..

I just noticed it, it's red with a white-ish tip and it itches and hurts. When I scratch it, it doesn't hurt much, then when I stop to do homework; it hurts a hell of alot.

I have a spray that takes the itch away, so don't worry if your reply is a little late.

Some other facts that may have to be taken into account:
I'm 13
I have minor pubic hair (just wondering if that could cause the itchy part)
Mosquitos could have gotten to it as I wear boxers...
It hurts
