I am 14 and i have a lump on both the right and left side of penis shaft, but the lump on the right is bigger the lumps are near the head of the penis. The lumps are only visible when my penis is erect, at first it was just my penis growing but now im worried

Yea you could describe them as a swollen area but the dont feel swollen its as is is the shaft gets wider nearer the head of the penis

The pimple like things could be Fordyce Spot's. They are very common, they are not an STD. They are basically an oil, sebaceous, gland.
