I am a sporty sort of person and I do know I overdo it sometimes. But before I start exercising I do do ten minutes of warm up and stretching because I know how important it is for the muscles. despite this, I did get a lump on my tendon in my leg and it really hurts. What now?
Well, the most sane first step would probably be to stop working out until the lump either goes away, or you get some medical help with it. It can be all sorts of things, and exercise probably aggravates it, I would say. Do you take any of those muscle enhancers as well by any chance? Because they're not good for you!
