i have a lump on the back of my neck it was very small and i would squezze it and a string of white stuff would come out. it is growing and i had it for a few years what do you thank it could be

It sounds like you have a clogged or infected sebaceous cyst. These are very common and can occur on a number of areas of the body. The white stuff yo are squeezing out may be dried sebum and possibly cellular debris from lyzed cells. You can squeeze the area to get most of the debris out and them take some 70 percent alcohol and apply it to the area with a Q-tip or tissue whatever you have. Do this for several days and see if the area dries up and heals. This shouldn't be a problem over all. Sometimes you may have an ingrown there and the same situation would occur. Use the same procedure to clean and dry the area.
