I have no idea if you know something about varicocele, it's an abnormal tortuosity and dilation of veins of the pampiniform plexus within the spermatic cord. Varicoceles (swollen blood vessels) are a common cause of testicular lumps. Well, I suggest you wait for a few days and look if this symptom may disappear or remain. If it disappears, then you'd be ok, it may just cause by a slight inflammation, or even internal heat. But, if the symptoms remain, you'd better go to doctors and get it checked out. You could also google diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill for more information about multiple male problems. I use the website, it provides free online service. Hope it helps.
