I have a golf ball size lump under my chin and what I think looks like a cold sore on my cheek. I just finished zpack for sinus infection yesterday and had fluid in my ears. What can I do to get rid of these things and what Are they? The lump is very tender and I had a sore like this a year ago and doc said it looks like shingles. I think it looks like a bunch of whiteheads on my cheek. Also it is tender but the lump is freaking me out. What do I do.
