Ive had a lump for about 2 years now and its gettin worse. Doctors without lookin at it say its a cist and others a abscess. Is it worth gettin checked out?

Hello, damo. If it is getting worse, it is time to get it looked at. It could be something as simple as a cyst or an abscess. Is it getting more painful or larger? Or both? It could be a small tumor that has decided to grow all of a sudden. You will want to make sure that it isn't that and that it isn't malignant (cancerous). Anything that changes like that should be seen by a specialist, especially if you haven't had it looked at for some time. I wish you the best of luck!
