Hello! Have you lumps on both of your testicles? If so, then you have nothing to worry about! They don’t cause any discomfort, pain, they don’t swell or change size, do they?

If this is the story, then you have ran into two normal anatomiacal lumps that all men have but are often not even aware of it. Men actually don’t know that at the top and at the back of their testicles there is a tube called epididymis. This tube is, believe it or not, 5-7 meters long, but curled up and attached to the back of the testicle. It actually spreads from th base, across the back, all the way to the top of the testicle. Its function is to store sperm before it is ejaculated

Epididymis’s lumps scare many men because they are not aware of them. The tube is naturally lumpy.

However, it is possible to develop spermatocele. These are cysts that develop on top of epididymis and contain among other stuff dead sperm. These cysts usually don’t cause any problems, but they are noticeable and swollen and they are usually left alone. In case, they start growing up, they can be removed at the doc’s office probably by draining.
