i have a 2cm lymph node on my right side, for years i have had strange symptoms like my ear feels plugged, discomfort on my ride side like numbness, and feels like swollen glands, and i can hear my heart thumping in my ear.. i have been to an ear throat specialist.. nmothing.. till i had an ultrasound, and doctor sai d not to be concerned and to go back in 3 months to do the test again.. i guess to see if it has gotten bigger. should i be concerned there is cancer in my family. my brother died of colon and abdmen cancer.. stomach i think...please help i am worried.and my brother was misdiagnosed and i dont want to go thru the same.
