My son has lymphnodes on the back of his ears for at least three years now and they never went away. The doctor said it is nothing toworry about. What should I do!

Did you ever find anything more about why this is? I have the same thing. The one behind my left ear has gotten larger and does not move around very freely any longer. It feels like a small little rock under the skin and I was told that it's just my lymph node fighting an infection in my body, but what infection does it need to fight for two and a half years....
