hello,

im 18 years old and im very active i weigh around 163 lbs. i have lost 35-40 lbs, but the fatty tissue around my chest is very hard to get rid of. i run a lot even twice a day sometimes. i also do pushups every other day. i have seen some good results but not what i want. the extra fat has made my nipples puffy as well. how can i lose this extra fat around my chest?...help!

Well this part of man's body is very difficult to get in the shape that you want. You can easily lose fat on your stomach but your chest will have it still. I have the same problem, and i got rid off my stomach but y "boobs" are still here. I was trying by lifting some dumbbells while on bench, not heavy weights, and i think that I'm getting there. what have you tried?
