It's good that you're exploring your body and becoming familiar with what is normal and what's unusual. This will serve you well in future years, when the doc asks you if anything has changed.
Or, when you do self exams and notice that something has changed.

As far as the brown ring, that's not unusual in circumcized males. Most of us have that. It's nothing to be concerned about now.

Also, the fact that you've got something purple (bumb?) (bump?) is probably related to veins that drain the penis. As long as it doesn't look like a blood blister, like when you slam a finger in a door or pinch something to make the blood vessels temporarily pop, you're alright.

Can you find the most sensitive part of the penis? Is it the ridge that is running vertically from the head of the penis (glans) down to that brown ring? That's called the frenulum. The head or red knob on top is the glans and is normally protected by the foreskin in uncircumcized men.
You'll find that the rim of this head is also very sensitive to stimulation too.

If you'd like to know more, you can find books in the library under self-help, adolesence or human sexuality that will help you learn the terms for your body.
Good luck! 8)
