14 and not touched puberty yet,no hair all over the body except u know where

If you have pubic hair you are starting puberty.

We all develop differently.  Some guys just start earlier than others and yes, other guys start later.  It is normal for a male to start developing between 11 and 15.

Remember too, not all guys are hairy - EVER.  Some guys have very little body hair and others look like werewolves.  Again, NORMAL.

Don't compare yourself to others.  Ignore your friends teasing.  You can't do anything to change it.  In a little while you'll be well along in your development too.

Give it time.  You are NORMAL, I can't stress it enough.

It's called "vellus" hair Guest. It will be changing into terminal (pubic hair, chest hair, leg hair) where ever you notice it. Give it some time.
