I am having minor anal pain feeling during stool passing but no blood at all, i am experiencing this from a week, sometimes it feels and sometimes it don't. Stool passes everyday without any hurdles, so no constipation. Only i feel is the minor pain while passing the stool and some burn. Kindly tell me whats the problem is this? Sometimes i feel acidity too I am male, 25 years Thanks
