I think I have to start from the very beginning to make sure my question is understood. Ok in January I was told by the er that I had a dysfunctional uterine due to the fact that I was having my period for a total of 14 days( off and on) with painful cramps even after sex. I go to urgent care the next day and they do blood work and say I'm completely healthy and they tell me about the depo and that they will do an ultrasound. Fast-forward to January 29 I get the depo and ultrasound I was told to wait a month before having unprotected sex with my boyfriend however that didn't go as planned and ended up having unprotected sex 1-2 weeks later I didn't get the plan b because I thought the depo plus plan b would be too much for my hormones. Fast-forward a week later they tell me I have a cyst on my left ovary and that by February 18 I needed to do another ultrasound. My period started on February 13th with a constant off and on type of thing going on? One day I would be spotting and the next I would be lightly flowing for 3 days or more then back to spotting. I was still on my period Feb 18 as well as today February 27. February 18 gets here and the ultrasound is being done. I thought I was pregnant but the lady never said anything I asked her would she be able to tell me anything anything she said no only the radiologist would be able to read the ultrasound she was hang trouble trying to get sound waves for my left ovary saying my left ovary was higher then normal to the point I think she gave up and didn't want to put me thru anymore pain. Since February 18th no one has called me or anything to let me know what has happened I tried calling them and was constantly on hold. On February 21 I started having excruciating pain in the middle of my back even at one point I thought it go thru my chest til I couldn't breathe so I started taking Tylenol to ease the pain. February 25 I was light like my other days on my period but the back pain had not stopped I felt bloated and like I was heavier (fatter then normal) by early morning on the 26th I started flowing heavier then before I felt like I had to push when I sat on the toilet so when I did these 2 big pinkish clots maybe the size of a golf ball came out I noticed that one of them had this weird white stuff either coming out of it or or around it. At that same time there was this again excruciating pain this time on my left side of my stomach mixed in with a dull cramp it felt like. It lasted for maybe an hour I slept the pain off and next thing I knew my period was back to how is had sort of been it's been light but flowing faster and now I still have the back ache plus my thighs ache and if I move a certain way my left side begins to hurt. So my questions are is this a miscarriage or did the cyst rupture and should I go to the hospital? I know it seems like common sense maybe but due to my insurance I try to avoid the hospital as much as possible now a days.
