Hi so a week before thanksgiving I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive a week after the test while im working I start getting cramps and very lightbleeding its actually spotting. The spotting would happen every 2 days and the cramps didnt happen after that one day until a few weeks ago I passed a bloody glob and since then I keep getting cramps and pain on my inner left thigh any help is appreciated

See your doctor. You may have had a miscarriage, we can't know for sure.
You DO need to make sure that if you had a miscarriage, that it is complete. Any remnants can cause severe infection.
