Yes its possible it is to early. Go see your doctor blood tests can show positive even if your p.t says no. There has been a lot of people that I've known that has bought all different kinds of tests but they all still said negative. They went to their regular doctor, got blood tests and bam! The pregnancy tests from the store requires more time between the possible conception and the testing. like the person above i would recomend going into the doctor and having them do a urine and a blood test to check.
