I'm not sure I'm an expert but I do help moderate a pregnancy/possible miscarriage site.

I myself have had 3 miscarriages. Many women bleed and it doesn't necessarily mean pregnancy loss, there are lots of changes going on that can have an effect and cause some bleeding. The cervix ix very sensitive during pregnancy so after sex or straining for a bowel movement can cause a little bleeding to occur.

Cramps too are a normal healthy part of pregnancy and doesn't automatically mean something is wrong.

Another possibility is perhaps if your period would have been due at this time, some women still get a little bleeding at that time.

Rather than worry and not know. I would rest until you can contact your doctor and then they should do 2 hcg blood tests a couple of days apart, the figure should double to point to a viable pregnancy, this method is very good up until about 7 weeks of pregnancy, when the hcg levels follow a different pattern and from then on it is best to get an ultrasound scan.

I know how scary this is and I totally understand, hope you get some answers soon and I wish you all the best x

You won't be able to rest without worrying, it hard not to worry, and I can't tell you if it will definitely be okay or it won't. You can go to Er who may start the ball rolling with doing the hcg tests but some ER's aren't always so good with early pregnancy, sometimes you come away with more questions than answers. Your doctors surgery would be the best option if you can wait that long, if not go to Er, it won't hurt and they maybe useful. If it should be the start of a miscarriage there is nothing they can do to prevent it at this stage but at least you will know one way or the other from a couple of blood draws x
