I returned the metabolism booster pills in Feb, then received another shipment in April which i returned with the authorization number on the box.. it is June now and still have not received a refund for either shipment, According to the USPS as long as the box is not opened it may be returned , no postage due, HOWEVER customer service told me that I should have followed the return instsructions on the invoice which if I had opened would have had to pay postage back. CS said the packages could have been lost or stolen and I should have paid for a confirmation mail.
Come ON!!! I have returned several packages from other companies and NEVER had this big of a hassle. My only hope is the Better Business Bureau has better luck for me than I did, as I did report this unethical practice, keep my money and reship the packages to some other schmuck.
